The room needed updates, and some appliances did not work properly. The electric kettle wasn't working, so I couldn't make tea. A fire alarm went off , and staff did not direct us to the meeting point. This was concerning.

The suite had a spacious living and kitchen area. A COMPLIMENTARY breakfast WAS available, though unadvertised. GOOD transport options were nearby.
The shower's hot water was not hot enough for my preference. I experienced card swipe issues, though they did not GREATLY impact my stay. The building seemed a bit older.

the staff was helpful and friendly. the apartment was well set up with everything i needed.. it was also convenient for exploring, though a bit away from downtown. i found it easy to get around.
the suite looked like an old apartment that needed some tlc. the paint was dashed and a closet door was off its hinges, so it couldn't close. everything seemed to be done on the cheap. i think a bit more attention to detail would go a long way.

The staff was helpful. They answered all my questions. My room was a good size. The location was convenient to the subway. Access to different areas was easy.
The room was not perfectly clean. The floor needed more attention. Housekeeping did not remove the garbage. I needed to ask the front desk for assistance with this.

the location was convenient , near bloor and yonge. the staff seemed helpful and responsive. i especially appreciated the laundry facilities on site , that was a real bonus.
the gym being directly under my room on the 26th floor was problematic. it created significant noise early in the morning. also , the breakfast area was small , and the food choices seemed limited.
